问：

I haven't written anything down,

我什么也没写

because the communication was the short and surprising

这次交流短暂，却充满惊喜

巴夏：

That's all right, what was it?

好的！你们交流什么内容？

问：

My future self told me that,

我未来的自己告诉我

there is no completion to me in the present from the future self when the future events will happen.

如果未来的某些事情没发生，那我无法在当下感到自己的圆满完整

And it moved towards me when I am in the present,

当我活在当下，未来的我就会走向我

and completed what I felt was missing till the future events will happen

填补我那种，想要的若没发生，就会觉得有所缺失的缺陷感

巴夏：

And what do you feel was missing?

你感觉自己缺失了什么呢？

问：

I think I felt that I was incomplete till whatever I felt the need to happen will happen.

如果一些事情我觉得该发生，却没发生，那我会觉得自己不完整

And then in the future I would feel it would be completed

而同样的情况，在未来的我看来，自己时刻都是完整的

And I was not aware of that.

这一点，之前我还没意识到

So it came to me a minute, completed me,

未来的我，跟我一起待在了一分钟，把我完整了

and I feel quite very full and

我现在感觉自己非常的圆满

巴夏：

So what it shows you, what the future shelf actually reflected to you is that,

所以，未来的你，实际上是向你展示

you are all at any given moment,

你在每时每刻，都是圆满完整的

For whatever you defining yourself to be at that momen, you are that thing completely

无论你怎么看自己，你在每个当下，都是圆满完整的

问：

Already!

对，已经圆满了

巴夏：

Congratulations and you said you were surprised

祝贺你！你说你很惊讶！

问：

I was surprised!

我确实很惊讶！

巴夏：

Thank you, And congratulations for creating a surprise for yourself.

谢谢！祝贺你，给了自己一个惊喜

Because the future self is full of surprises

因为未来的你，充满了惊喜

问：

I still want future events,

我仍想要在未来，能发生一些事件

but they're independent of me being complete.

但我知道，它们与我的圆满完整是无关

巴夏：

But you do not need to want

你不需要“想要”

The ideas that they're all here.

而是要明白，它们已经在这里（已经发生）

All you need to do is be the vibration by acting as the future self,

你需要做得全部，就是像未来的你那也去感觉，去行动

And you will experience that reality, more and more in the present,

那你会在当下，越来越体验到那个实相

You don't need to want

你不是要“想要”

Remember, if you focus on wanting

记住，如果你专注于“想要”

Then what you simply get is a reality where you continue to want things

那你会持续不断地体验到“想要”

Because that's the primary energy you are focusing on.

因为你的主要能量都关注在“想要”上

If you actually know that something is here and now,

如果你真的知道，你想要的，就存在于，此时此地

Then you can experience it in the present.

那你就能在当下体验到

This is why we always say prayer needs to be in present tense.

这就是为什么我们总说：祈祷，是现在进行时（ing）

It's not I want this, it is I have this! Thank you.

不是我“想要”这个，而是“我有”这个！谢谢你！

Prayer is gratitude.

祈祷就是感恩

It's an attitude of gratitude for what you actually already have

就是对你所祈祷的，已经拥有的感恩

So that you can learn to identify with a vibration that it does already exist

这样，你的振频就是“已经拥有”的状态

And start to really incorporate and feel and experience the idea that it is here and now

并开始真正融入、感受和体验，它就在此时此刻！

And not somewhere out there needing to come to you from some nebulous future.

而不是在外面，要向你走来的，某个模糊不清的未来

Does that make sense?

明白吗？

Making the future so much natural part of the present

让未来，自然地成为到现在的一部分

Make a huge difference,

同时在现实生活中，做出大的改变

and you have a wonderful way of connecting us to the reality, thank you.

你之所以还会一再的要求得到金钱，是因为你在生活中是那么的需要它，你非得要有钱以便过活！而这个“想要钱”的念头又把你和金钱的距离拉的更远了。因为“想要”就是对宇宙表示缺乏的宣告，宇宙便会回应给你缺乏......虽然这是你早已知道的概念，然而你并没有去深思你心中关于金钱的起始思维，甚至连爱你的对你的提醒，你也充耳不闻，你更从不曾像现在这般的和我对话。我必须说，若是没有你妹妹的那通电话，你根本不会全然的放下自我的武装，和我有个安静的沟通---像现在这样的对话。所以，任何事的发生都是有其目的的，那个目的是为了要帮助你。
